Use MSI file to install.
This free software integrates itself into shell (right click context menu in Windows).
It’s main purpose is to create copy of existing file, it will be put in separate folder.
Copied (archived) file can be prefixed with file modification date.
On the right click (black icon) there is possibility to customize settings: folder name, prefix, date format and date suffix:
